We understand that this public health emergency could impact the livelihoods of those we serve, and we will continue to work with customers experiencing hardship. MGE will not be disconnecting services to customers.

To keep the power on, let's talk—Avoid shut off by making payment arrangements.

If the high bills of winter have been a problem for you, don't delay. Call or stop in today to talk with us. Let's work out a way to avoid the disruption of having your power shut off. We can work with you to set up a deferred payment plan to help you get control of your overdue bills. Financial assistance may be available through the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program.

  • Call MGE at (608) 252-7144,
  • Or stop by our office at 623 Railroad St., Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Free parking is available in our visitor and Good Neighbor parking lots on Railroad Street.
