||For residential customers: Households with low-to-moderate income may be eligible for assistance from the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, eligibility requirements for the program have been updated to one-month household income verification. Funds are limited. Apply online at esi.help.
||For commercial customers: The Employee Retention Credit under the CARES Act encourages businesses to keep employees on their payroll. The refundable tax credit is 50% of wages (up to $10,000) paid by an eligible employer whose business has been financially impacted by COVID-19.
||For commercial customers: Kiva provides up to $15k in zero-percent interest loans.
||For residential customers: United Way's free 211 service is available 24/7 to help connect people with local programs and services that can help. Call 211 to get connected with a specialist who can help navigate options for financial assistance, heating and utilities assistance, and other needs.

||For commercial customers: COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) provides economic relief to small businesses and nonprofit organizations that are currently experiencing a temporary loss of revenue.
