Sign up for a personalized payment arrangement, also called a Deferred Payment Agreement (DPA), to avoid collection action, late payment fees or disconnection of service.
A payment arrangement is a plan for you to pay your current bill and a portion of past-due bills each month until you get caught up. Our customer service team will work with you and your unique circumstances to create a monthly payment plan before you get too far behind. Your ability to pay something now, even if minimal, and an established payment arrangement may prevent collection activity, late-payment fees or potential disconnection of service.
Residential customers: Call us weekdays at 608-252-7144 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. to set up your payment arrangement.
Commercial customers: Call us weekdays at 608-252-7141 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to set up your payment arrangement.
