My Account is a quick and easy way to pay your MGE bill!
Sign in now to choose Paperless Billing and select the MGE payment options and features that work best for you.
It's simple! Register for My Account, where you are able to:

Pay your MGE bill.

View recent bills and payments.

Choose a new payment or billing option.

Sign up for Paperless Billing.

Sign up for programs like Green Power Tomorrow.
To Start AutoPay:
- Sign in to or register for My Account. New users need their MGE account number and customer name. Get this information from your bill or call us at 608-252-7080 weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Click "Manage Payments" button.
- Click "AutoPay" button.
- Provide a payment method and click "Continue" button.
- Verify your information and click "Create AutoPay" button.
Yes! In My Account, you can opt to receive text notifcations when a new bill is available and when online payments are made. You also are able to make payments through our Pay By Text feature. To enable, you must be enrolled in Papeless Billing and have an active payment account set up. Get started in My Account.
MGE does not send monthly billing information directly to banks or credit unions. The most convenient way to get this information is to sign in to My Account and enroll in Paperless Billing. We will send you an email each month with the necessary information to make a payment through your bank.
Sign in to My Account and select the Paperless Billing option. You can update this preference at any time.
If you enroll in Paperless Billing, we'll send you an email or text message to let you know how much you owe and when it is due each month. You also can opt in to receive text notifications when a new bill is available. You can always sign in to My Account to see that information anytime.
You can make an online payment with your credit or debit card in My Account.
If you still would like to make an online payment using a credit or debit card but have not registered for My Account, you may make a guest payment. You will need your MGE account number.
Yes, all MGE customers can use My Account! To get started, sign into or register for My Account.
