Households with low-to-moderate income may be eligible for assistance from the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, eligibility requirements for the program have been updated to one-month household income verification. Funds are limited. United Way's free 211 service is available 24/7 to help connect people with local programs and services that can help. Call 211 to get connected with a specialist who can help navigate options for financial assistance, heating and utilities assistance, and other needs.
