Energy Education Opportunities for Your School

Each year, MGE’s School Partnerships Team works with educators to bring energy literacy programs and resources to school communities. Through these experiences, students, families and educators gain a better understanding of how energy is generated, transmitted, distributed and used in our daily lives.

While we continue to provide programming for elementary students, we're especially excited to expand our partnerships with middle and high schools this year.

Sixth Annual Youth Climate Conference

We also encourage you and your students to attend the Sixth Annual Youth Climate Conference, which will take place on November 14, 2026, at Madison College.

This free event brings together students from across Wisconsin who are interested in climate, sustainability and energy topics. Participants can connect with peers, hear from inspiring speakers and learn from student-led green teams from across the state. The conference is moderated by local youth and provides a unique space for young people to engage in meaningful conversations about their future and the environment.
