A Deferred Payment Agreement (DPA) is a plan for you to pay your current bill and a portion of past-due bills each month until you get caught up. When you call us, our customer service team will work with you to create a personalized payment agreement.
Our main priority right now is to help you make payment arrangements toward your bill before you get too far behind. Your ability to pay something now, even if minimal, will help you avoid further collection action, potential late payment fees, or disconnection of service in the future.
Residential customers: Call us weekdays at (608) 252-7144 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. to set up your personalized agreement.
Commercial customers: Call us weekdays at (608) 252-7141 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to set up your personalized agreement.
