MGE offers online outage map for customers
MGE electric customers can now check our service map online to see if an outage affects a location or to report an outage.
- At work and want to see if a reported outage affects your home or neighborhood? Go to mge.com/outage and check for yourself.
- Check our outage map from any wireless-enabled smartphone with Internet service.
The online map indicates the boundaries of our electric service territory. You can enlarge, reduce and move the map as you need or enter an address in a "Map This Address" text field next to the map.
- In the event of an electric service outage, color-keyed "push pins" will both pinpoint outage locations and the range of customers affected.
- To report an electric outage, call 252-7111 or, toll-free, at 1-800-245-1123.
