Winter moratorium ends April 15

Avoid disconnection of your service after April 15 by setting up and maintaining a deferred payment plan with us. With this plan, you can pay any past-due bills in separate installments. Once established on this plan, you are also eligible for the Budget Payment Plan, which helps you budget for winter heating or summer cooling costs by spreading them evenly over 12 months.
