MGE's online outage map allows convenient customer access

MGE electric customers can now check our online map to see if there is an outage that affects a location in our electric service area.

• Away from home and want to see if a reported outage affects your home or neighborhood? Go to mge.com/outage and check for yourself.
• Our outage map is updated every 15 minutes and is available from your Web browser 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The online map shows the boundaries of MGE's electric service area. You can enlarge, reduce and move the map for better viewing or enter an address in a "Map This Address" text field beside the map.

In the event of an electric service outage, color-keyed "push pins" will both pinpoint outage locations and the range of customers affected.
