Beware of the impostor

If someone comes to your door claiming to be from MGE, ask for identification.

• Identification card. Every MGE employee and contractor is required to carry a photo ID card. Don't let anyone enter your home if he or she cannot show you proof of identification.
• Uniforms. Our field service employees—those most likely to request access to your home—wear uniforms with an MGE logo.
