Curious about how your 2009 energy use compares to 2008? The "My Account" section of mge.com can help. View a summary of your MGE accounts or detailed data for any of your gas or electric meters. Up to three years of energy use and demand data is available.
To make sure the information is meaningful, we graph a comparison of this year's and last year's data. If needed, you can download the data for more analysis. The export option makes it easy to use your data in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
You can access this information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Click on "My Account" on the mge.com home page to login. If you have not logged in to "My Account" before, you will need your most recent bill to get started.
Graphing feature updated on "My Account"
Do you use the graphs on "My Account" to track your monthly energy use? If so, you'll notice a new feature. You can hover over any data point on the graph and the data for that point will appear next to the point. The tables of data are still available if you need them.
